Workplace Health Case Manager – Occupational Health
Location: Homebased
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
£43,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

We are supporting our client in recruiting a Workplace Health Case Manager to deliver high-quality occupational health services. The role involves providing evidence-based case management, supporting employees’ return to work, and coaching managers to make effective decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 45-minute case management for attendance, fitness for work and general OH advice.

  • Produce clear written reports with recommendations and return-to-work plans.

  • Coach managers and referrers to improve attendance management and referral quality.

  • Process PPQs and support triage.

  • Offer advice on legislation, best practice and safe working.

  • Maintain NMC registration and ongoing CPD.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor managing absence referrals.

  • NMC Part 1 registration.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and IT literacy.

  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality in OH.
