Client Relationship Manager

Full-Time | 37.5 Hours | Hybrid (Home + Site Travel)

We’re supporting a growing occupational health provider who’s on the lookout for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their expanding team.

You’ll be the go-to for a portfolio of key clients — making sure they’re looked after, their services are on point, and their occupational health programmes are delivering what they should. That means regular reviews, solid planning, and honest, proactive communication. If something needs improving, you’ll spot it. If there’s value to showcase, you’ll bring it to the table.

This role sits at the heart of operations and client delivery — and you’ll also work closely with clinical leads and the business development team to make sure services run smoothly and contracts keep growing.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing a group of clients and building strong, honest relationships

  • Running strategic review meetings aligned to HR, H&S, and wellbeing goals

  • Spotting trends, highlighting wins, and identifying areas for improvement using MI data

  • Supporting mobilisation and service rollouts across new and existing clients

  • Feeding into re-tenders and renewals with evidence-based insights

  • Working closely with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations


What We're Looking For:

  • Someone confident managing clients in a healthcare, OH, or HR environment

  • Strong communicator who’s commercially aware and data-savvy

  • Good under pressure and proactive when things need solving

  • Can work across different departments and get things done

  • Comfortable travelling to client sites when needed
