Are you an experienced clinical leader with a background in Occupational Health? We’re recruiting a Clinical Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing services on-site in Barrow-in-Furness.

About the Role:
Work Monday to Thursday (7:15am–4:00pm) and Friday (7:15am–11:45am) as part of a supportive, 12-strong Occupational Health team. You'll provide hands-on leadership, drive clinical excellence, and contribute to a proactive health strategy.

Key Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1)

• Clinical experience (A&E or Emergency Care ideal)

• Occupational Health experience (postgraduate level)

• Strong leadership & team management skills

• Confident with IT and digital health systems
